It was our founder who thought of this name, he shared that daily commute should be easy and convenient, it is a hassle to prepare the exact fare whenever taking the service. To make the passengers love their daily bus ride, we want to “Manja” then with rebates and more when tapping with ManjaLink card.
Being in the transport line for almost two decades, Handal Indah Group Company has continuously increased its support to the growing demand of passengers especially when it comes to paying bus fares on their daily bus ride.
We at Manja, a team composed of young and energetic IT engineers came up with a few solutions to support the demand of passengers for easy traveling. This has been the inception of the ManjaLink card which debuted in 2012 supporting the cashless payment of the cross-border bus services of Causeway Link.
This cashless payment system is a great help to passengers to save their hard-earned money by helping them to pay exact fares, especially during rush hour. At present, “Manja” continues serves as back-end support of Causeway Link and other transport companies in Malaysia especially those operators under myBAS Johor Bahru catering to various districts and cities in the Southern part of Peninsular Malaysia.
Manja has also expanded its solution by allowing passengers to have a digital payment transaction to pay their bus fare using their mobile phone that is powered by ManjaPay. This service has been piloted in some of the universities in Peninsular Malaysia and is soon expected to be used as additional digital payments in other bus services and operators in the region.
With the influx of other modes of public transport around the community, the Manja team strives to continue to be one of the best service providers supporting the digital payments system needed for public transportation.
