TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of Chonky Kongs x ManjaPay RM10 Travel Credits Giveaway on Causeway Link’s Instagram page.
Participants are to agree with the Terms and Conditions as stated below:
Eligibility
- This campaign is open to all Malaysians, permanent residents, or holders of a valid employment pass working in Malaysia, aged 18 years old and above, during the contest period.
Campaign Period
- This campaign begins from 00:00am 18 April 2023 and ends 11:59pm 30 April 2023.
- The Organizer reserves the right to vary, postpone or reschedule the dates of the campaign period at its absolute discretion.
- The Organizer may terminate or suspend the campaign at any time at its absolute discretion.
Disqualification
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any user if they had attempted to undermine the operation of the campaign by fraud, deception or cheating.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any user at any stage of the event period if the user is ineligible and if the participant breaches any of the Terms and Conditions of the campaign or violated any applicable laws or regulations.
Campaign Mechanics
- Those who complete all the steps will have a HIGHER CHANCE of winning the tickets!
- Step 1: Follow Causeway Link, ManjaPay, Chonky Kongs Instagram & Twitter (Each social media +1 point)
- Step 2: REPOST ManjaPay myBAS post on your profile (+3 Points)
- Step 3: Provide ManjaPay email address, the travel credit will be credited follow this email address (+2 points)
- Each user is entitled for one entry only.
- Winner criteria: The highest accumulated points will get a chance to join the lucky draw.
- A total of ONE HUNDRED (100) winners will stand a chance to win RM10 ManjaPay Travel Credits.
- The winners will receive email by 15 May 2023 and the travel credit will be credited to the winners ManjaPay account.
- The following personal particulars will be requested for verification purposes: Full Name as per NRIC, NRIC Number and VALID ManjaPay Email Address.
Disclaimer
- Participants agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions.
- Decisions made or determined by the Organizer are considered final and binding on all matters pertaining to the campaign period.
- Each winner is only entitled to ONE (1) SET of prize.
- Non-compliance to the Terms and Conditions within the event period may result in disqualification.
- Participants allow the Organizer to use the Participants’ name, photos and likeness from the social media platform for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation or whatsoever unless prohibited by law.
- By participating in this campaign, customers and their respective parents or legal guardians forever release, discharge and hold harmless to the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from all liabilities, costs, injuries, loss, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the campaign period of this campaign.
- All materials including the photos, artworks used in this campaign shall become the sole property of Causeway Link.
- Causeway Link reserves the right to send SMS messages, email notification or call the customer and their respective parents and or legal guardians containing information regarding the mechanics as well as announcement about the campaign.
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the Prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice and all Prizes are non-transferable to another individual and absolutely non-negotiable.
- The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any terms hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add at any time the Terms and Conditions including mechanism of this Campaign at its absolute discretion.
