TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The mechanics as well as the conditions stated below shall govern the ManjaLink Buy 1 Get 1 Free Promotion in the website organized by ManjaLink. By participating in this campaign, customers shall be deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this campaign.
TERMS
- Customers are hereby considered as the buyer or user of ManjaLink Card.
- The ManjaLink Card is a contactless smart card designed to store Travel Credits for seamless payment on Causeway Link cross-border buses (connecting Singapore and Johor, Malaysia) and selected local buses, including myBAS Johor Bahru and SBST Melaka. It facilitates cashless payments and ticketing across all routes linked to the 1st Link, 2nd Link, myBAS Johor Bahru, SBST Melaka, and selected local routes.
- Travel Credit (TCr) is a stored value within the ManjaLink Card. The conversion rate of the TCr depends on the currency exchange rate between Malaysia Ringgit and Singapore Dollar (Released by ManjaLink). TCr will be deducted as per bus fare.
- The latest conversation rate is reflected at the ManjaLink website (www.manjalink.com.my). The TCr balance in the ManjaLink Card will be displayed in the ManjaLink Self-service machine upon tapping the ManjaLink Card on it. The ManjaLink Account Holder can check the TCr balance of their ManjaLink Account via the ManjaLink website.
CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotion is open to all customers who purchase a ManjaLink card via the Causeway Link Holidays dedicated promotion webpage between 7 May to 6 June 2025.
1.2 The promotion is valid for new and existing customers who meet the purchase requirements outlined below.
2. Promotion Mechanics
2.1 Customers must visit the Causeway Link Holidays dedicated promotion webpage to participate in the promotion.
2.2 Customers may select the number and colour of the ManjaLink card they wish to purchase.
2.3 The purchased ManjaLink card will be loaded with 20 Travel Credits.
2.4 The complimentary free card will be issued with 5 Travel Credits.
2.5 Customers will then select their preferred delivery or pick-up method (courier or counter pick-up).
2.6 Customers are required to make payment upon selecting the delivery or pick-up method.
2.7 If customers choose the counter pick-up option, they must visit the selected counter to collect the purchased and complimentary ManjaLink card(s). If courier delivery is selected, the cards will be delivered to the customer as per the chosen method.
3. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
3.1 By participating in this promotion, customers agree to abide by all the terms and conditions specified herein.
3.2 The decision of the Organizer (Causeway Link Holidays) in all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and binding on all participants.
4. Non-Compliance
4.1 Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this promotion within the campaign period may result in the disqualification of the customer from the promotion.
5. Usage of Customer Information
5.1 By participating in this promotion, customers grant the Organizer the right to use their name, photos, and likeness from social media platforms for promotional and advertising purposes, without any compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Release of Liability
6.1 By participating in this promotion, customers and their respective parents or legal guardians agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organizer, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from all liabilities, costs, injuries, loss, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All materials, including photos, artworks, and other content used in connection with this promotion, shall become the sole property of ManjaLink.
8. Communication by Organizer
8.1 The Organizer reserves the right to send SMS messages, email notifications, or make phone calls to customers (and their legal guardians) containing information regarding the promotion’s mechanics, as well as announcements related to the campaign.
9. Invalidity of Terms
9.1 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Modification of Terms & Conditions
10.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, delete, or add to these Terms & Conditions, including the promotion’s mechanics, at its sole discretion, at any time during the promotion period.
11. General Terms
11.1 This promotion is subject to availability.
11.2 The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating the Terms & Conditions.
