Do you know that your expired ManjaLink Card can actually be reactivated?

All you need to do is do a minimum top-up to your ManjaLink Card via any reload channel. Your card will stay active for 6 months thereafter. Click HERE to view all the top-up channels for ManjaLink. For online top-up, please do allow 3 hours of buffering time for the credits to be transferred to your card. If you wish to have your credit transferred immediately to your card you may proceed to any of our self-service kiosk/machines to tap your ManjaLink Card. Online top-up may take 3 hours to reflect

Dear ManjaLink Members, When you made an online top-up to your ManjaLink card via the LUGO App or the ManjaLink website, the top-up value will only be reflected on your ManjaLink Card when tapping is made on the bus or self-service machine/kiosk. However, due to internet connection limitations in some regions, it may sometimes take up to 3 hours for your online top-up to be reflected on your ManjaLink Card. To expedite the process, we would suggest you to visit any of our self-service machine/kiosk and tap your card there if you wish to have your pending Travel Credits credited to your account immediately before boarding the bus. ManjaLink: 5 Important Things You Should Know

Dear valued ManjaLink customers, glad to have you back! With the reopening of the borders, we are now working hard to restore all the cross-border bus services. Hence, we have compiled some information about the ManjaLink card, which we believe will be helpful to you in terms of refreshing your knowledge and having a better understanding of your current card status, and avoiding any possible service interruptions that might happen. 1. How can I tell if my ManjaLink card is active?A: If you haven’t done any top-up to your ManjaLink card for the past Six(6) months then your card is considered inactive. 2. How can I reactivate my ManjaLink card?A: Do a minimum top-up on your ManjaLink card either through ManjaLink website, LUGO app, or any ManjaLink counters/self-service kiosk. SPAD and PAJ Compliments ManjaLink Anniversary with a Smile

Senior Vice President of Perbadanan Pengangkutan Awam Johor (PAJ) Johor Encik Razman Salehudin gave his support and high appreciation to ManjaLink and Causeway Link Management in its advocacy of bringing smiles to life to the children under palliative treatment of Hospital Sultan Ismail Johro Bahru. “This is a wonderful and meaningful Anniversary Celebration as ManjaLink was able to bring happiness to less fortunate ones in its anniversary celebration day”. Puan Amshida R. Ahmad Rani U, the Regional Head of SPAD South had also gave her recognition to the effort of ManjaLink in providing a fast, easy, and convenient travel card for regular commuters to and from Singapore and Johro Bahru. “I am delighted to be part of this Celebration especially upon seeing all those smiles from those children from Paediatric Palliative Care- Hospital Sultan Ismail Johor Bahru. It was an inspiring activity to be part of it.” Puan Amshida said. 4th Year ManjaLink Anniversary Bring Smiles to Life

ManjaLink celebrated its 4th Year Anniversary at Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and Thomas Town on the 29th of October 2016. This celebration was spearheaded to thank all our ManjaLink Card Members for their support to make this day extra special. The Anniversary Celebration invited the children from Hospital Sultan Ismail Johor Bahru (HSIJB) –Paediatric Palliative Care (PPC) in conjunction with the CSR activity of the Company in “Bringing Smiles To Life”. ManjaLink Anniversary brought together all ManjaLink partners, anniversary sponsors and ManjaLink members and the Management of PPC-HSIJB to allow those children under paediatric treatment to enjoy and be part of this special day. Ms Lim Chern Fang, Handal Indah Director of Operations and Marketing, said that when joy is shared, it binds people together to bring happiness and joy to everyone. “We would like to express our appreciation and gratitude to our ManjaLink Card members for the support especially during the elementary stage of this product in the market. With this Anniversary Celebration, we will try our best to make this day memorable for everyone who joined in”, she also added. The highlights of this year’s ManjaLink developmental milestones includes: 1.  Launching of its new website interphase;2.  Introduction of ManjaLink Travel Credit Reload Card as an additional mobile reloading system to all ManjaLink Card users;3.  Improvement of ManjaLink online top up system through the usage of credit card, debit card and online banking in the ManjaLink website portal;4.  Partnership with HUGO mobile app as an additional reloading portal in both online top-up and ManjaLink reload card. HUGO is a mobile app that is strategically developed to be the Urban Mobility Companion that aims to provide a personalised travel experience for commuters. As to the future of additional facilities for ManjaLink, the team is developing additional ManjaLink Self-service Machine using mobile android operating system. The functionality is the same as the current ManjaLink Self- service machine but it is equipped with more features to serve ManjaLInk Card members. This year’s Anniversary Celebration was composed of 150 participants from ManjaLink Card members and 50 tickets’ reservations for parents and kids from PPC-HSIJB together with their designated medical team. Causeway Link and ManjaLink participating Sponsors provided the transportation services of the special guests from Hospital Palliative Care to Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and Thomas Town in Puteri Harbour, admission tickets to the theme park, goody bags, complimentary lunch, and Lucky Draw surprises during the event. A special appreciation prize called “ManjaLink Loyalty Certificate” was also awarded to one of the most loyal ManjaLink Card Member of the Year. Handal Indah IT Team goes for PAJ Road Show Promotion

Handal Indah IT Support Team took opportunity to promote JB Tourist Bus Pass, Bus Muafakat Johor, and ManjaLink Card during the 4th Year ManjaLink Anniversary Celebration held at Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and Thomas Town at Puteri Harbour. The IT Support Team was composed of Fairuzz, Mahathir, Ong and Fikri. The team set up their ManjaLink, PAJ and JB Tourist Bus Pass information booth inside Hello Kitty Entrance area for easy visibility purposes. According to Mohamad Ali Yusof, a ManjaLink users, “It is good that there is a road show for this ManjaLink and Bus Muafakat Johor in public. It really helped a lot especially for information dissemination”. He also toped up his ManjaLink Card on that day since he goes cross boarder using Causeway Link Singapore bus via the Second Link. Handal Indah IT Team had also distributed flyers about the Bus Muafakat Johor from Perbadanan Pengangkutan Awam Johor (PAJ) during the event. ManjaLink technology through the Research and Development IT Team of Handal Indah provided the Bus Ticketing System for PAJ’s Bas Muafakat Johor. Bus Muafakat Johor free bus service started since 1st April 2016 with 15 available routes around Johor Bahru. ManjaLink technical team prepared the Muafakat Card and bus ticketing validator system of this free ride facility in Johor Bahru.
